For 2007 and beyond, Common Ground has a new venue at Glaisnock House, near Cumnock. We see this move as a positive one.
Dean Castle - Interesting and well preserved, Dean Castle consists of a 14th-century keep and a 15th-century palace block within a courtyard, all enclosed by a curtain wall. the castle now houses a museum, containing an extensive collection of armour and musical instruments, and is surrounded by a very pleasant public park. Culzean Castle - Culzean Castle and Country Park is the National Trust's most visited property and one of the major tourist attractions in Scotland. The range of interests and activities at Culzean provides a perfect day out for the family. It contains a wealth of interest from shoreline through the Deer Park, Gas Court, Fountain Court and Swan Pond with exhibition, to mature parklands and gardens.
