Rosalyn Plant Rosalyn coordinated 'Children Among Us' for the first three years of the festival’s existence 2001-2003 and 'loved the experience, it was exciting and challenging'. She is keenly interested in children’s creative play and music therapy. Rosalyn Plant (now Blake) set up Sail Records, a Scottish independent record label in 2004, to promote her music that is often inspired by words and poems from her personal diaries. It has released four albums of original music for piano, keyboards and vocals: 'sail', ‘Rachel's Prayer’, ‘cut the line’ and a self penned solo piano album. Her music is meditative and melodic in style and is described by its listeners as classical Celtic fusion and very relaxing. www.rosalynblake.com Ros has a BA (Hons) Creative arts and a PGCE in Music. After leaving college, she co-founded the M.A.D.S. Theatre Trust which took small scale performances and workshops to schools and community venues. As a supervisor of 'Children's House' in Tunbridge Wells, a latch key establishment with a mission statement of 'listening' to children and later a mother of three, she has developed a keen interest in the role of children's play. She has given music therapy sessions for 'Turning Point Scotland' classes to primary special needs unit in Dumfries. She played keyboards with Irish traditional band 'Covering Ground' and finished a BA Commercial music at Paisley University, Ayr. She has set up a label called 'rosRecords' and released 'sail' a chill out album of her original piano music. She is currently working on various musical projects and teaching.
